Are your items hand painted?

Katherine Barney Ceramics is a collection of mugs, vases, jugs, bowls, cushions and cards hand painted in Norfolk, UK in a small batch. Each piece is unique.

I celebrate the variations inherent in handmade items and hope you feel the same way. 



Can I place an order for an item that is shown as sold-out?

 Please get in contact as it may be possible to replicate this piece. 



Where do you ship and what is the cost? 

I ship to the UK and Worldwide. All prices shown on the website include postage and packaging to the UK. If you are an international customer, please contact me before placing an order for the shipping cost.



Gift Note

If your item is a gift, I am happy to write a small, personal note in a gift card for the recipient. Just leave a note at checkout with your message.



Do you accept debit and credit cards?

All payments are made via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make payment. I accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards.

When will my item be delivered?

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery although most items are shipped within a week. If you have not received your package or correspondence from us within this time frame, please contact me. However, if your order is urgent please let me know and I will strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.



Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I love working on custom requests or collaborations, big and small. Get in touch with your ideas.


Are there any care recomendations for the pieces I have just purchased?

To preserve their full beauty and extend its longevity, my pieces should be washed by hand and not put in the dishwasher or washing machine.



Do you accept returns?

Please note that I do not offer refunds for 'change of mind' so please consider your purchases carefully. 



What if my item arrives damaged? 

All of my products are prepared and packed with extreme care. Please be aware that I cannot be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during delivery.
